Inspired by @guilmononice ‘s Yuri on Ice Digimon post I decided to make a Digimon AU with my favorite YouTubers. Starting with Dan and Phil. I hope you like it (Some of the info is taken from here xx )
Phil’s Digimon Partner is Terriermon
So the reason I chose Terriermon for Phil is from the clips (of Terriermon) I have seen Terriermon and Phil are both adorable goofballs. I picture him as a loyal Digimon to Phil that never leaves his side
Terriermon is laid back with a happy and bubbly personality so when he came to the Real World of course he was drawn to Phil immediately. He hid in a dark London alleyway predending to be a abandoned stuffed animal waiting for someone to pick him up.
When Phil did find him he was taken in and taken care of. One thing Terriermon developed a taste to (Thanks to Phil) was cereal and one night when Dan went to check if Phil ate his cereal he saw Terriermon eating it instead. Dan screamed which woke Phil up and discovered Terriermon eating cereal as well. Terriermon despite his happy and bubbly personality can show hostility to everyone who berates and is mean to Phil as he has shown when he had headbutted Phil’s laptop broken after reading a hate comment on YouTube. Terriermon gave Phil his digivice and ever since then they have been the best of friends. He has also become good friends with Phil’s roommate Dan and many other YouTubers.
Character Bio:
Terriermon is a laid back and happy Digimon with a bubbly personality to match. That Phil found in a dark London alleyway. He frequently uses a Cantonese phrase Momentai (meaning: Take it easy) whenever he senses Phil being stressed. Him and Phil create an instant bond as soon as they met. He (despite his happy and bubbly personality)hates people being mean online and tries to delete every hate comment on Phil’s videos before he gets the chance to see them. He has sworn to protecct Phil with his life.
Bunny Blast (Blazing Fire): Terriermon fires energy blasts from his mouth. This can be in either a rapid round of tiny blasts, or in one large concentrated blast.
Terrier Tornado (Petit Twister): Terriermon spins himself around and shoots a green tornado at his enemies.
Terriermon is referred with he/him pronouns.
Don’t even bother sending Phil hate comments on his videos Terriermon will delete them as soon as he sees them. He has spent countless of hours on Phil’s laptop deleting hate comments.
His favorite foods are mainly crumpets and cereal.
Hobbies: Making YouTube videos, watching anime, making food and playing video games
LIKES: Phil Lester, Dan Howell, Thomas Ridgewell (tomska), Louise (SprinkleofGlitter) (He is friends with a lot of Dan and Phil’s YouTuber friends), food and anime.
HATES: Hate comments on Phil’s videos, injustice, cruelty and mushrooms on his food.
Dan’s Digimon Partner is LadyDevimon
Now I know LadyDevimon was a villain in the Digimon series but hear me out.In this AU LadyDevimon was evil but turned good when she met Dan. (I know it makes zero sense but bear with me)
LadyDevimon arrved to the Real Word with ill intentions under the orders of her former master. She never even planned to find a partner. Until she met Dan. At first she planned to use him for her master’s evil plan but when she noticed that Dan saw the good in her she betrayed her master and chose Dan as her partner.
Now a force of good she vows to protect Dan as well as Phil and Terriermon from the forces of evil.
She is withdrawn and tends to be by herself most of the time when Dan is away with Phil somehere. However aound Dan she is more open with her feelings and always turns to him whenever something is on her mind. When she first met Dan she was using him for her former masters evil plan until Dan had revealed how nice it was having someone else other than Phil to talk to when he was feeling down.
Upon hearing this she chose to become Dan’s Digimon Partner and fight for good. She has shown agression whenever she sees that Dan is under attack.
Character Bio:
LadyDevimon once a former Evil Digimon is withdrawn nad prefers not to interact with other Digimon or humans (with the exception of some of Dan and Phil’s YouTube friends). She does tend to get rather agressive from time to time but that’s only if Dan is under attack.She dislikes Terriermon’s constant pestering about playing with him.
Darkness Wave: Releases countless creatures of darkness similar to bats which burn the opponent to cinders.
Darkness Wave (Poison, Fra: “Poison”): Sprays poison smoke on the opponent, which uses Dark Energy to reverse the phase of their own powers and obliterate them from within. This technique is more complete the more powerful the opponent is.
Black Wing (Darkness Spear): Transforms its left hand into a long sharp spike and impales the opponent.
Slap (ビンタ Binta): Hits the opponent with strong slaps while wearing a bizarre smile.
Stun Whip: Shocks the opponent with an electric shock.
LadyDevimon is referred with she/her pronouns.
Don’t even think about attacking Dan when she’s around. She will not hesitate to attack you with her Darkness Wave
Her favorite food in the Real World is tea and chocolate.
Hobbies: Writing poetry, being in a Dan’s YouTube videos (people think she is a really good animation), watching cooking shows on TV and being by herself.
LIKES: Dan Howell, Phil Lester, Terriermon (most of the time) and most of his YouTuber friends at least those who knows she’s real)
HATES: Cruelty, Injustice, people hurting Dan, violence and Terriermon pestering her.

AU: This is a AU where Dan and Phil protect a world inside the computers and internet (Think the Grid from the Tron movies) called Cyber-ia from a evil computer mastermind by the name Viral. But alas the boys have to keep their superhero identities a secret from everyone and everything they hold there. Oh, and Dil and Tabitha and their family are in this too cuz why not.
Warnings: There will be nothing too bad just some monster bashing violence.

So what happened last time. Oh yeah, my roommate Phil and I got sucked into this world called Cyber-ia and we became these superheroes named The Cheetah and The Shadow and now we’ve also met Dil. Dil as in our sim we made in the Sims 4 and now we were off to fight a bloody computer virus.
“So Dil who was the Cyber Warrior who got away from Viral?” Phil asked as we entered a seemingly empty white room. Dil smirked slightly.
”That would be me…I was the original Cyber Warriors leader as well as the head scientist. Honestly, why doesn’t Pixel bother telling the entire story like I programmed her to” Dil said.
“You made Pixel!?!?!?!?” I said flabbergasted.
“Well duh of course I did…you made me smart after all. Anyways welcome to the Training Deck. Here you will be trained to use your weapons and to fight monsters. Now I will set this simulator to the easiest difficulty just to ease you two in. Is that ok Dad Dan and dad Phil?” Dil asked
Phil and I just nodded and readied our weapons as the room filled with virtual monsters.
Hah virtual reality inside a virtual world. How ironic. We went to attack the simulation monsters…..only to fail horribly. We got surrounded by monsters who attacked us and before we knew it they disappeared indicating that Dil had shut the simulation off.
“Dads you are too scared to fight. You are far from mastering your super abilities” Dil said.
“Well excuse us for not fighting monsters before this whole superhero business. Dil you must be mistaken We are not fighters” I said.
“yes, you are. You just have to believe in yourselves like I believe in you” Dil said with a small smile. Phil and I exchanged worried looks before readying our weapons again. Dil smiled as he started the simulation again.This time Phil’s sword glowed and he slashed at the monsters, defeating them with ease as I punched the hell out of the rest.
“That’s the ticket. Now see that gauge on the side of your weapons? Fill it up to use your Super Ability” Dil said.
Phil and I continued to defeat the simulation monsters until the gauge was full.
“Great!!! Now focus on the virtual monsters. Focus all you energy to your weapons and then attack” Dil said summoning a huge monster in the simulation.
Phil and I did as we were instructed and focused all our enegry on our weapons. When Phil slashed at the monter with his sword a mighty roar came out of it, cleavign it in half. I followed with a punch that disenegrated it into tiny pixels.
Dil smiled as he ended the simulation.
“Great I think you two are ready to fight Vrial and his computer viruses” he said.
“I don’t feel ready…..” Phil siad as I nodded in agreement.
I believe in you” Dil said.
Well that was quite the confidence booster
We headed out.Somewhat ready to face this dire theat.
