This is a little PSA for everyone in general especially for those out there who roleplay the twins. In their canon for most universes including MCU, the twins are Romani, which is an ethnic group which originated in India but have spread all over the world. 

However, the main point of this post is to make sure you all know is that the term GYPSY is a racial slur for these people. Has Wanda been called gypsy witch by Marvel? Yes, she has, but that was years ago. 

The name is rooted in years of blood suffering and slavery; it is still used today by people who openly commit hate crimes against these people. To put it into perspective,

African Americans = The N word.
Romani = G*psy.

*drops mic and scoots off*
