I wonder how long it’ll be until the Voltron fandom becomes the next Steven universe fandom™

The fandom is hardly a year old and

-We’re already driving writers away for writing characters from a different race

-We’re already shaming people for shipping any of the Paladins with Shiro (Even though their ages have NOT BEEN OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED BY DREAMWORKS)

-We’re Sending Anonymous hate to MINORS for shipping certain things.

– We’re already riding people’s ass if there is ANYTHING of their interpretation of a certain character that does not match our own. (No this is not about whitewashing)

Guys calm the fuck down.

Don’t make this fandom a shit hole nobody wants to be part of.

Calling out fan artists and writers publicly does nothing but create useless drama, if you have a problem with a writer/artist message them privately and talk it through together, be open to both sides and handle it maturely, do not start yelling accusations like children.

Also there are minors shipping Shiro with one of the other Paladins to either cope or for their own reasons so don’t fucking go around throwing the
word pedophile at any one who ships anything you don’t like.

and if some one ships Shiro with one of the Paladins and does not claim they are a csa/abuse survivor that is using a certain ship to cope that does NOT MEAN THEY ARE NOT A SURVIVOR, Some people rather not talk about what happened or remember what they went through, and forcing a survivor to “prove” they are one for validity to ship two fictional characters is the SHITTIEST THING YOU CAN DO.

Black list the ship tag.
Or try to privately talk to the artist/writer.

Don’t start shit that does not need to be started.
