As some of you know, my daughter, Alyss, had an MRI two weeks ago that showed she had a large brain tumor. The following day she had brain surgery to remove the tumor. A week and a half later she had to have another brain surgery because her fluid was building up, causing more pressure in her head. Since, she has been in the hospital and we believe we will be at the hospital atleast another two weeks. The hospital is hours away from where we live, so I am unable to work until we are out. We made a gofundme and it would mean a lot if anyone could donate. Really, any amount helps. ❤
Since I made the original post, Alyss has had four brain surgeries and we are currently in the hospital again, and have been for over two weeks. Shes developed a seizure disorder, panhypopitutarism (her endocrine system doesnt work/she doesnt create necessary hormones), her tumor was found to be cancerous, and many other things that she’ll carry with her through life. During this current stay, she had her worst seizure yet, she spaced out and stopped breathing completely- no convulsions or twitching. She was put on a ventilator because she couldn’t breathe for herself and needed a feeding tube. For the last 5 months, we have been in and out of the hospital at least 10 times and the costs are really piling up. If you’re able, please donate or reblog this.
