“You are welcome” Victoria said fiddling with the green power ring she wore around her neck. “If someone tells you otherwise then they are jerks. She held out her hand for him to shake. "Wanna be friends?” she asked
“Sure!” Tokatti shook the lady’s hand. “I always look forward to making new friends! My name is Tokatti, what’s yours?”
Victoria did a salute. “The name’s Victoria a member of the Green Lantern Corps at your service” she said taking off her necklace. She slid the ring off the chain and put it on her finger. A green and black suit manifested on her body along with a green mask on her face. A green glow surrounded her as she flew up in the sky before floating down in front of Tokatti
“Well… That’s new.” Tokatti said with a smirk before pulling out a small blue train. He slotted the train into a wrist brace and slammed down the mini crossing guard.
“ToQ Change!” He transformed into a ToQ Nigou and bowed towards Victoria.
“I’m ToQ Nigou of Ressha Sentai ToQger… But you can call me Tokatti!”
“Nice too meet you Tokatti” Victoria said. A low chuckle could be heard. “So the Green Lantern has an ally” a voice said. “Sinestro…show yourself you purple coward” Victoria sneered. She looked at Tokatti. “You might want to stay out of this…Sinestro is …unpredictable” Victoria said
