I’m really loving what ToQger is doing here. The idea that everyone brings something unique to the table, and that one person doesn’t have to be “in charge” all the time. That last line especially, whoever is best for the situation can step up and take charge. There was a subtext of this with the toy gimmick of everyone being able to change colors, but seeing it spelled out really makes me smile.
